The American Academy of Pediatrics recognized the success of the InPeds’ prototype at Thornburg Pediatrics and highlighted this unique practice at the 2011 National Convention & Exhibition during the lecture entitled “The Concierge Model.”  The presentation established this practice as the most successful pediatric concierge entity in the country which is still true to this day.  The AAP wanted to show pediatricians that various practice models exist and the insurance-based option is but one alternative.

InPeds standardized the successful business model and marketing approach of Thornburg Pediatrics and offers business consulting as well as licensure opportunities.  Pediatricians can schedule a telephone consultation to discuss a specific concern as they establish their own non-traditional practice or ask for assistance in creating a business plan.  They may also elect to license a successful marketing program and customized back office reporting system.

InPeds is clearly the unprecedented leader in both concierge medicine and home care delivery. The AAP Home Care Section asked Thornburg Pediatrics in 2012 to assist with the establishment of national home care standards. The company has more experience and success in pediatric concierge medicine than any other firm.
